“The Ecosystem for Youth Entrepreneurship and Activism”

Mozaik continues to advance its 10-year strategic vision to strengthen the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit of Bosnia and Herzegovina's youth. By fostering collaboration with local governments, the diaspora, and various stakeholders, Mozaik is strengthening a robust, multi-sectoral ecosystem. This ecosystem is dedicated to nurturing value-driven young activists and entrepreneurs who aspire to serve as exemplary role models.

Within this strategic framework, the Rolify community has grown to an impressive 120,000 members who collectively benefit from 2.4 million BAM in annual support distributed by 233 Rolify community strategic partners. This support is aimed at unlocking the full potential of youth, enabling them to thrive and make impactful contributions.

In addition, the Mozaik YouthBanks initiative has successfully established 50 community funds, mobilized 10,000 volunteers, and facilitated over 600 projects each year. These projects increase community engagement and foster local development, furthering Mozaik's mission.
The Mozaik Startup Studio, together with the Tech 4 Impact Fund, plays a pivotal role in nurturing young people's entrepreneurial skills and investing in high-impact, high-growth startups. This support builds on the solid foundation of Mozaik's previous phase of investing in 100 social impact companies, supporting 365 early-stage ideas from young entrepreneurs, and supporting the creation of 276 micro-enterprises through Mozaik Youth Banks. This comprehensive support not only strengthens the business acumen of young entrepreneurs, but also prepares them to make significant contributions to society.

Through these integrated platforms, Mozaik is creating significant opportunities for every engaged young person in Bosnia and Herzegovina, whether as an activist or an entrepreneur, to achieve professional success and make a meaningful contribution to society.
